GLAM operates a rider-first delivery platform rooted in transparent systems, operational stability, and sustainable mobility – building dignified earning opportunities for India’s expanding delivery workforce.

GLAM, among India’s fastest-growing digital commerce delivery networks catering to the country’s quick commerce, e-commerce, and D2C ecosystem, is gearing up for what it calls its most aggressive quarter since inception. The Noida-headquartered company has set an internal goal of hitting an Annualised Revenue Run Rate (ARR) of ₹200 Cr during the upcoming festive season – a move that would effectively double its business. The ambition is underpinned by a rapidly expanding delivery partner network, a broadening client roster, and a geographical footprint that has grown significantly over the past two quarters.

The groundwork for this target has been laid over several months. GLAM has pushed into West Bengal and the North-East in its two most recent quarters, entering key consumption markets beyond India’s top-8 cities by establishing on-ground fleet, hub infrastructure, and local partner networks. Alongside the geographic push, the company has ramped hiring across operations, technology, category management, and partner supply functions, adding a raft of new roles this fiscal year. On the demand side, a string of new brand and platform partnerships signed over the past six months – spanning quick commerce, e-commerce, and D2C – has meaningfully widened order volumes heading into the festive period.

What sets GLAM apart in a crowded field is the consistency of its profitable growth – delivered quarter on quarter since inception, without a single round of external equity capital. At a time when much of the ecosystem continues to chase topline growth at the expense of contribution margins, GLAM has maintained positive unit economics even as it scales into newer geographies and lower-tier catchments. Its proprietary technology stack – purpose-built for delivery partner life cycle management, high-frequency order handling, and rider utilisation – combined with high operational rigour at the pincode and hub level, and disciplined capital allocation, has translated into a Return on Equity exceeding 50% alongside 25X revenue growth over the past three years. In an industry where most players remain dependent on investor capital to fund operations, it is this rare triangulation of top-quartile revenue growth, positive unit economics, and a healthy RoE that positions GLAM distinctively.

Commenting on the company’s trajectory, Vijay Dobriyal, Founder & CEO, GLAM, said: “Every 10-minute delivery promise in this country rests on a last mile, fulfilment layer that has to be denser, deeper and more reliable than ever before. Our job is to build that last mile infra, profitably and at a scale that matches where Indian digital commerce is headed. The upcoming festive quarter is going to be a key stepping stone, towards the real milestone of 100,000+ delivery partner network by FY28 in line with our ESG framework.”

Reaching ₹200 Cr ARR within four years of inception – while remaining profitable throughout – underscores GLAM’s standing as a singular player in the segment. Armed with a pan-India presence, a surging delivery partner base, deep client partnerships, and positive unit economics, the company is now setting its sights on building a delivery partner network of over 100,000 by FY28 – a scale that would rank it among India’s largest digital commerce delivery networks. To power this next phase of growth, GLAM is exploring its first round of external equity capital, intended to serve as an accelerant for a business that has already demonstrated self-sustaining profitability. The company sees this festive season not merely as a revenue milestone, but as a launchpad that will catapult GLAM into its next orbit of growth.
