ENTOD Pharmaceuticals reports employee attrition below 5% across its ophthalmic field force and headquarters, highlighting its people-first workplace culture.

NEW DELHI (India CSR): In an industry where annual employee attrition in pharmaceutical sales often ranges between 20% and 30%, ENTOD Pharmaceuticals has emerged as one of India’s most stable employers, reporting attrition of less than 5% within its ophthalmic field force and corporate headquarters.The achievement reflects the company’s long-standing belief that sustainable business success begins with investing in people.
