NEW DELHI: TO THE NEW, one of India’s fastest-growing digital technology services company is conducting a vaccination drive for its 1500+ employees (internally referred to as Newers) in Noida.
The company will bear the costs of the vaccines for all Newers and their family, and also provide paid time-off to help them recover from any minor after-effects.
TO THE NEW is a technology services company that designs, builds & runs digital products and platforms for enterprises, SaaS, and consumer tech companies.
TO THE NEW has taken several health and wellbeing initiatives for its Newers and their family since the pandemic began. The company created a dedicated COVID help desk that shared verified leads for medicines, oxygen concentrators, test labs, recovery equipment, etc. The company has also partnered with Practo, India’s leading online doctor consultation app, to offer free-of-charge physical and mental health check-ups to its Newers.
TO THE NEW is also helping Newers with financial aid and extended time-off in case somebody falls ill in the family. Moreover, the company has tied up with leading hospitals outside Delhi-NCR to extend support to Newers who are based in locations outside the region.

The company intends to grow its team size to more than 5,000 people over the next four years. With the global presence of its offices in India, the UAE, and the US, the company is estimated to reach revenue of $300 million by 2026.
