NEW DELHI (India CSR): Infosys Foundation, the philanthropic and CSR arm of Infosys, today announced the second edition of Kala Dhwani: Echoes of India’s Art & Culture, a festival celebrating India’s rich folk and tribal heritage. The three-day festival will be held from January 30 to February 1, 2026, at Chamara Vajra, Palace Grounds, Bengaluru, and will be open to the public from 3 PM on January 30 and from 10 AM on January 31 and February 1.

Building on the success of its inaugural edition, Kala Dhwani 2026 includes experiences from 5 regions of India represented by Assam, Kerala, Jammu & Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra, with Karnataka as the host state.

Over 3 days, 200+ artists will showcase more than 50 traditional art forms including Theyyam, Lavani, Bihu, Norata dance, Rouf and more. This festival will offer visitors immersive experiences in music, dance, crafts, and local cuisine, along with hands on workshops in traditional art forms like Worli and Gond art, and performances by renowned celebrities.

Organized in collaboration with Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan (BVB), Bengaluru, the festival seeks to deepen appreciation for India’s folk and tribal art traditions, create platforms for traditional artisans, and actively engage youth, art enthusiasts, and the broader public in preserving the nation’s cultural heritage.

The festival underscores Infosys Foundation’s broader mission of creating social impact through initiatives that support arts, culture, education, and community development, fostering pride in India’s diverse heritage.
