These homes, built with care and compassion, are more than just structures—they are a foundation for hope, security, and a brighter future.
A New Chapter for Families in Need
For many families in Kerala, the dream of owning a safe and stable home has finally become a reality, thanks to the Experion Foundation. The housewarming ceremonies, held on February 7 and 9, 2025, in Trivandrum and Kottayam, were emotional moments filled with joy and gratitude. With more homes under construction and set to be completed in the next 4-5 months, the Foundation is expanding its reach to touch even more lives.
How the Initiative Came to Life
The Experion Foundation’s housing initiative began with a thoughtful nomination process involving its employees. This unique approach allowed employees to identify families in their communities who were struggling with inadequate housing. By involving employees, the Foundation not only ensured transparency but also fostered a deeper understanding of the housing crisis among its team members.
Families with young children, single mothers, and those facing extreme hardship were prioritized, ensuring that the most vulnerable received the support they needed. The first five homes handed over are a testament to the Foundation’s commitment to addressing urgent needs and creating lasting change.
