RAIPUR (India CSR): In a significant move to transform the education sector, the Chhattisgarh government has announced the establishment of 17 new Nalanda Parisar in the state as part of the 2025-26 budget. This initiative aims to provide better opportunities for higher education to the youth and strengthen the academic infrastructure. Finance Minister OP Chaudhary has allocated Rs100 crores for this ambitious project, which is expected to be a game-changer for the state’s education system.

Nalanda Parisar: A New Hub for Education

The concept of Nalanda Parisar is inspired by the ancient Nalanda University, a symbol of knowledge and learning. The Chhattisgarh government envisions these Parisar as modern centers of education and research.
