Heartfulness becomes the ultimate retreat for CEOs around the world -the wellness benefits are enormous.

Emotional wellbeing refers to an individual’s overall psychological and emotional health. It is characterized by a person’s ability to effectively manage their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in order to achieve a state of happiness, contentment, and fulfillment. Emotional wellbeing is important because it can have a positive impact on an individual’s physical health, relationships, and overall quality of life.

It can also help individuals to better handle stress and adversity, and to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and grace. In short, emotional wellbeing is a crucial aspect of overall health and well-being, and is something that should be prioritized and nurtured in order to live a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life.

Over 200 industry leaders attend Heartfulness sessions on emotional wellbeing led by Shri Kamlesh Patel ‘Daaji

Over the weekend, over 200 CEOs, CXOs, Founders, and Bureaucrats gathered at the Heartfulness Headquarters in Hyderabad, India for sessions on emotional wellbeing. The sessions were led by Shri Kamlesh Patel, also known as “Daaji,” the worldwide guide of Heartfulness Meditation.

The sessions included presentations by management guru Dr. Ichak K. Adizes on principles of management and corporate lifecycles, as well as interactive sessions with CEOs who practice Heartfulness and Adizes techniques. The event also included polarity healing, yoga, ayurveda spa treatments, and meditation in the world’s largest meditation hall at Kanha Shanti Vanam.

The members of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) were in Hyderabad for a three-day Global Summit, and their visit to Heartfulness came just a day before the summit’s inaugural day. Rev. Daaji is also scheduled to be a guest speaker at the summit, where over 2,500 participants are expected.

Heartfulness has been working on initiatives to train people in meditation techniques and bring inner balance, and has partnered with academic institutions, corporates, medical practitioners, and the police force on these initiatives.

Recently, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages partnered with Heartfulness on the “Forests by Heartfulness” initiative, which involves planting endangered indigenous plant species. The visit by TiE chartered members is a welcome gesture as more and more corporates join the global movement under Heartfulness and Daaji’s guidance.
