The ‘CSR Boardroom’
‘CSR Boardroom’ is the unique digital platform through which senior leaders of business, corporate foundation and civil society organisations can speak and deliberate on CSR and social impact.
“Landscape of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) spending has changed in lockdown and Covid-19, and it may be quite challenging for corporate led social development programmes.”, Rusen Kumar said.
Minister of State for Finance and Corporate Affairs Anurag Thakur last month said that the industry should not shy away from spending its CSR fund as it would help make India a better place for present and future generations.
In this context the ‘India CSR Boardroom’ provides a distinctive opportunity for leaders across industries to showcase insights on leadership, vision , strategy and changing and effective use of corporate social responsibility funds. The forum deliberates over the present challenges in the fast-changing environment of CSR in a pandemic crisis, Kumar added.
