Dr. Neelam Gupta receives national recognition for advancing financial literacy and empowering rural communities through AROH Foundation’s inclusive development initiatives.
NEW DELHI (India CSR): AROH Foundation, a Noida-based non-profit working in integrated community development, said its Founder President and CEO, Dr. Neelam Gupta, has received the “Powerful Voices in Finance” Award from HDFC Securities.
The award ceremony, held at The St. Regis, Mumbai, recognized Dr. Gupta’s exemplary leadership in driving financial literacy and economic empowerment among India’s most marginalized communities. Out of over 100 competitive entries, she was selected by an eminent jury—including Dr. Bhaskar Chatterjee and Abhishek Ranjan—for AROH’s innovative approaches to making financial independence a reality for thousands of rural women and youth.

Under Dr. Gupta’s vision, AROH Foundation has integrated financial inclusion into its core “Rise” and “Siddh” programs, helping beneficiaries transition from subsistence to sustainable entrepreneurship. By bridging the gap between digital banking and the grassroots, AROH has empowered citizens to secure their financial futures.
“I am deeply honored to receive this recognition from HDFC Securities and India CSR,” said Dr. Neelam Gupta. “This award is a testament to our team’s relentless work on the ground. Financial literacy is not just about managing money; it is about dignity, security, and the power to make life-changing choices.”

This recognition further solidifies AROH Foundation’s position as a catalyst for social change, aligning with the national mission of inclusive growth.
