MUMBAI: Anupam Nidhi, formerly with Reliance Group, has joined Siemens Ltd as Head Corporate Citizenship.
She leads the corporate social initiatives and corporate citizenship programmes in India.
She has over fifteen years of experience in both the corporate and development sectors with roles spanning from advisory, strategic planning to execution.
She has spearheaded a large number of multi-dimensional projects across India in both commercial and purely development domains – including in Micro Finance, Project Management, Crisis Management, Employability, Entrepreneurship Development and Environment.
She has been conferred with prestigious India CSR Women CSR Leadership Award for the year 2017.
Siemens develops skills with ts Corporate Citizenship initiatives like – ITI upgradation, faculty development, Technical Skills Development Centre and Scholarship Programs for meritorious Engineering students.
It has signed Memorandums of Understanding with the Gujarat Govt., Karnatka Govt. and Steel Authority of India, and works with industry bodies, such as Automation Industry Association, Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers Association and CII, to impart technical education. Siemens also has initiatives for sustainable and integrated community development in rural areas.
