MUMBAI (India CSR): Advocate Malika Shirzade, a leading corporate and intellectual property lawyer, has developed a first-of-its-kind legal framework for A.R. Rahman’s “Secret Mountain” project, aimed at protecting creative and commercial rights in technology-driven artistic innovation. She was supported by her partner, Advocate Zahra, who contributed to key legal research and strategic inputs.
The engagement involved designing a customized intellectual property and licensing structure that integrates emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and Web3, setting a benchmark for how creators’ rights can be safeguarded in the digital era.
“Artificial intelligence presents both immense opportunities and complex legal questions for artists,” said Advocate Malika Shirzade. “This framework ensures that technological advancement continues to respect creative ownership and fair commercial practice.”
The initiative was developed in collaboration with Vignesh Raja, Co-Founder of Secret Mountain, Web3 advisor, and entrepreneur, whose expertise in emerging technologies and creative ecosystems was instrumental to the project.
