Cubigent has launched an AI native Business Operating System designed to bring CRM, marketing, customer support, projects, HR and finance together within a single business management software platform.

The launch introduces a unified approach to business management, addressing the growing complexity companies face as they rely on multiple software applications to manage different departments and workflows.

Instead of operating through a collection of disconnected systems, Cubigent brings core business functions into one connected environment and adds a shared AI brain designed to work across the broader business context.

A New Approach to Business Management Software

Businesses have increasingly adopted specialized software for individual functions. Sales teams use CRM platforms, marketing teams manage campaigns through separate systems, project teams rely on project management applications, while HR and finance often maintain their own software environments.

While this model provides specialized functionality, it can also create fragmented workflows and disconnected information.

Cubigent has been built around a different model.

The platform combines CRM, Marketing, Support, Projects, HR and Finance within one Business Operating System, giving businesses a common environment for managing their core operations.

The objective is to reduce the need for teams to constantly move between applications while providing a more connected view of business activity.

A Shared AI Brain Across Business Operations

AI is a central component of the Cubigent platform.

Rather than limiting AI capabilities to an individual application or department, Cubigent incorporates a shared AI brain across its Business Operating System.

This approach is designed to give AI access to a broader business context.

A customer relationship, for example, can involve marketing activity, sales conversations, project delivery, customer support and financial information.

When those functions operate within connected systems, businesses can potentially use AI with a more complete understanding of their operations.

Cubigent’s approach places AI at the operating system level rather than treating it simply as an additional feature.

Bringing Core Departments Into One Platform

Cubigent connects several of the functions that are traditionally managed through separate business management software products.

The CRM environment supports customer and sales management.

Marketing supports campaigns and customer acquisition.

Support manages customer service and ongoing interactions.

Projects support delivery and operational execution.

HR provides tools for managing people and workforce activity.

Finance brings financial operations into the same broader environment.

The result is designed to provide businesses with a unified operating layer across customer facing, operational, workforce and financial activities.

Addressing SaaS Tool Sprawl

The launch comes as businesses continue to deal with increasingly complex software stacks.

Companies can accumulate applications gradually as new departments, employees and business requirements emerge.

Over time, this can lead to duplicated data, multiple subscriptions, integration requirements and employees switching between different systems throughout the day.

Cubigent’s unified approach is designed to address this challenge by bringing several core business functions into one platform.

The objective is not simply to reduce the number of applications.

It is to reduce the fragmentation between the information and workflows those applications manage.

Reducing Context Switching

Context switching is another issue Cubigent aims to address.

Employees may need to check a CRM for customer information, a project platform for delivery updates, a support system for previous conversations and another application for financial details.

The information may exist, but it is spread across different environments.

Cubigent’s Business Operating System is designed to keep these connected areas within one platform, allowing teams to work with a broader business context without repeatedly moving between systems.

This approach can be particularly relevant for growing companies where departments increasingly depend on one another.

Moving Beyond the Traditional CRM

Although CRM is a major component of Cubigent, the platform is designed to operate beyond traditional customer relationship management.

A CRM primarily focuses on sales and customer relationships.

Cubigent connects those relationships with the activities surrounding them.

Marketing can influence customer acquisition. Projects can deliver the work sold by the sales team. Support can manage the ongoing customer relationship. HR manages the people responsible for execution, while finance tracks the commercial side of the business.

Connecting these functions creates a broader operational view.

The Business Operating System Category

The launch also reflects a broader evolution in business management software.

As companies become more dependent on digital systems, the focus is shifting from individual applications toward connected business platforms.

The Business Operating System model is based on the idea that a company’s core functions should operate through a common technology layer.

Cubigent is entering this category with an AI native approach that combines business management functions with shared intelligence.

Founded in India, Cubigent is led by DP Vishwakarma, Varun Tyagi and Prashant Trivedi, who have come together to build a unified approach to modern business management software. The founders’ vision centers on reducing the complexity created by disconnected business tools and creating a platform where core business functions can operate within one connected environment, supported by a shared AI brain.

Building a Connected Business Environment

With its launch, Cubigent is positioning itself around a simple proposition: businesses should be able to manage their core operations without constantly stitching together disconnected software systems.

By combining CRM, marketing, support, projects, HR and finance with a shared AI brain, the platform provides a unified environment designed for modern business management.

As organizations look for ways to simplify their technology stacks and make AI more useful across everyday operations, Cubigent’s launch represents a move toward a more connected model of business software.

The company is building its platform around the belief that the future of business management software will depend not only on the features individual applications provide, but on how effectively the entire business can work from one connected operating environment.
