Education; Nutrition; Women’s Empowerment

Sector 82A, Gurugram, Haryana

Inside Naya Sawera Gurgaon NGO’s six-year mission to give 250+ underserved children a daily, permanent path out of poverty.

Mayankused to sell balloons on the street to survive. Today he studies every day to become a police officer.

He is 12. He is one of 250+ children whose lives changed direction inside a single borrowed space in Sector 82A – where Naya Sawera Gurgaon NGO has been working, without interruption, since 2020.

Gurugram presents a paradox that is hard to ignore from any highway in the city: glass towers and corporate campuses rising within minutes of settlements where children never make it past Class 5, where women have no path to income, and where a family medical emergency means choosing between food and care.

Naya Sawera Gurgaon NGO was built as a daily, permanent answer to that gap. Not a camp. Not an annual drive. The same children, the same families, the same streets-every single day.

Anshika: Age 10

“She once borrowed books from the homes her mother cleaned. Today, she writes her own future with confidence and pride at Naya Sawera.”

Mayank and Anshika are not exceptions. They are the pattern – what happens when a child gets six years of consistent education, daily meals, and adults who show up.

“We don’t parachute in. We live in the work – every day, same children, same families, same streets. That consistency is what changes outcomes.”

The Numbers Behind the Stories

70%of the children enrolled are girls– many rescued directly from child labour and domestic work. Every one of them receives documentation support to enrol in government schemes they were previously locked out of.

12,000+Hours of free education & skill training

10,000+Dry ration kits distributed to families

6,000+Meals served to children at the centre

3,000+Families directly supported since 2020

Beyond education: monthly ration kits for 200+ families, regular health camps, and vocational training in sewing, tailoring, and computer literacy for women — all running in parallel, all at the same address.

What CSR Committees Need to Know

Naya Sawera Gurgaon NGO is founded and governed by three Chartered Accountants (CA Batch 2014). That background shapes how the organisation runs — quarterly impact reports, mandatory audit trails, and fund utilisation documented to the rupee. CSR committees don’t need to chase paperwork; it’s built into operations.

Beyond a Cheque: What Employee Engagement Looks Like Here

“I didn’t expect it to feel this real.”— Most consistent feedback from employee volunteers after an Impact Day with Naya Sawera Gurgaon NGO

The NGO handles all logistics — venue, community coordination, safety, materials. Your team arrives, sits with children like Mayank and Anshika, and leaves with a story they’ll actually tell. Formats range from half-day student interactions and health awareness drives to bicycle assembly and donation events — all customisable to team size and CSR theme.

4.9-star rating across 600+ Google reviews – one of the most independently verified community trust signals of any NGO in the Gurugram region.

Take the Next Step

The next step is a 30-minute site visit — no commitment required. Visit Sector 82, meet the children and the team, and decide from there. Naya Sawera Gurgaon NGO welcomes CSR heads, HR leads, and corporate representatives any working day.
