BENGALURU (India CSR): Automation Anywhere, the leader in Agentic Process Automation (APA) and agentic solutions, hosted the Women Accelerating Vision & Excellence (WAVE) event today in Bengaluru, convening women leaders, founders, and operators across the technology ecosystem.
WAVE is designed as a working forum for connection, shared experience, and practical insight into leadership, resilience, and career growth in tech.
“Women in tech already have the talent and ambition—they need greater access, stronger visibility, and meaningful opportunities to connect with people who can help accelerate their careers,” said Neeti Mehta Shukla, Chief Impact Officer and cofounder of Automation Anywhere. “WAVE is designed to create that space, spark those connections, and turn potential into real momentum.”
Event Highlights
The event opened with a keynote by Alysha Lobo, Founder of Mosaix Network, who set the tone by speaking about building inclusive networks and enabling women to thrive through community-led growth.
A fireside chat on ‘Career Pivots, Risks & Defining Moments’ featured Swati Awasthi, Founder and CEO of Women in Product India, hosted by Neha Arora, Director of User Experience at Automation Anywhere. The conversation explored leadership journeys and key inflection points in tech careers.
Spotlight stories by mountaineer and Himalayan Women Adventure Association leader Rama Thakur, along with Automation Anywhere’s Neha Sapru, Principal Product Manager, and Jyothi Mayya, Director of Customer Success, highlighted resilience, unconventional paths, and lessons in pushing boundaries.
The panel discussion on ‘What No One Tells You About Growing in Tech’ featured Chhavi Bajaj, Founder of Evam Consulting; Sanghamitra Barman; Charumathy Venkatraman, Senior Director of Engineering at Automation Anywhere; and Sonali De Sarker, SVP and Head of HR at Epsilon. Moderated by Rashmi Mayur, Sr. Director of Finance & Accounting at Automation Anywhere. The panel unpacked candid insights on navigating growth, overcoming unseen challenges, and building long-term careers in the industry.
