NEW DELHI (India CSR): The Tejas Rotary Institute 2025, held across multiple landmark venues in the National Capital Region, has emerged as one of Rotary’s most ambitious and visually cohesive institute experiences in recent years. The event held special significance, as it marked the first time the Rotary Institute was structured in this multi-venue, multi-format design, bringing together leaders from across India and overseas under the theme “Wings of Change.”

While the institute’s core purpose remained centered on Rotary International’s vision, leadership and global service initiatives, the success of its large-scale execution drew notable attention to LALVIS INTERNATIONAL, the event partner entrusted with conceptualizing, designing and delivering the multi-layered experience.

Event concept, execution and management by Lalvis International.

Bringing Rotary’s International Vision to Life

This year’s gathering was attended by senior Rotary leadership, including the Rotary International President, regional directors, governors and district representatives. The presence of the Hon’ble Vice President of India further elevated the stature of the event, underscoring Rotary’s long-standing influence in social welfare, health initiatives, youth development and community resilience.

The institute served as a platform for high-level dialogue, with speakers highlighting Rotary’s global priorities—from polio eradication to peace-building, literacy programs, sustainability and disaster management. The sessions reflected Rotary’s expanding relevance in a rapidly changing world and reinforced the organization’s long-standing collaborative spirit.

For many delegates, this edition of the institute stood apart due to its size, design continuity and overall experience—attributes to which LALVIS INTERNATIONAL’s creative execution.

A First-of-Its-Kind Multi-Venue Execution

The Tejas Rotary Institute 2025 unfolded simultaneously across Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, Manekshaw Centre, Holiday Inn and Pullman, each transformed with cohesive branding, immersive installations and large-format stage setups.

As documented in their portfolio, LALVIS INTERNATIONAL has extensive experience in MICE events, corporate gatherings and international productions, and this expertise translated visibly into the institute’s execution. Their signature elements—precision fabrication, thematic gateways, LED-driven stage environments, coordinated pathways, and high-volume decor—were seen throughout the event spaces.

Each venue reflected unified visual storytelling, ensuring that delegates moving between locations experienced continuity despite the geographic spread. Photobooths, lounges, pathway standees, exhibit panels and stage designs were crafted to carry a single identity across all touchpoints.

The company’s strong operational backbone—highlighted in their corporate profile—was evident in how smoothly thousands of delegates transitioned through sessions, cultural segments and plenaries throughout the multiple-day program.

Cultural and International Highlights Add Dimension

Alongside leadership discussions, the institute featured performances that reflected Rotary’s global spirit. One of the most memorable moments came from Sri Lankan artist Yohani, internationally known for her hit song “Manike Mage Hithe,” who captivated delegates with a special performance.

Multiple cultural showcases, fusion acts and thematic presentations were integrated into the programming, ensuring that the evenings complemented the more formal daytime sessions.

These elements, woven seamlessly into the program, helped create an atmosphere where delegates could engage, network and celebrate the diversity of the Rotary community—an atmosphere shaped carefully through the design and production capabilities of LALVIS INTERNATIONAL.

A Milestone Project for LALVIS INTERNATIONAL

For LALVIS INTERNATIONAL, Tejas Rotary Institute 2025 stands out as a landmark project that demonstrates the company’s capacity to handle high-level, international-standard conventions. The brand’s portfolio—spanning corporate conferences, exhibitions, weddings, fashion shows, special events and brand activations—has long showcased their diverse strengths, but Tejas positioned them prominently within the Rotary ecosystem.

Their work on this institute reinforced several of their core competencies:

  • Large-format planning across multiple venues
  • High-speed coordination between teams in real time
  • Cohesive design language maintained at scale
  • Strategic creative direction aligned with global organizations
  • Technical execution involving stage builds, lighting, installations and audiovisual systems

These capabilities align with the company’s stated mission: to be one of the most reliable, creative and value-driven event management partners in the industry.

A Strong Step Toward Future Collaborations

As Rotary looks ahead to future institutes and thematic gatherings, the Tejas edition sets a strong precedent—both in terms of programming and experiential design. For LALVIS INTERNATIONAL, the project highlights its growing role in national and international event ecosystems, proving its ability to translate global organizational values into engaging on-ground experiences.

In an industry where precision and creativity must coexist, LALVIS INTERNATIONAL continues to emerge as a brand capable of delivering events that are both emotionally resonant and operationally flawless.
