Here, I’ll talk about the five prime areas and property types that are ruling the sales chart. I’ve focused on areas that provide exceptional value, lifestyle upgrades, and have high appreciation potential. Let’s get started!

1. The Dwarka Expressway Corridor

The Dwarka Expressway is one of the most transformative infrastructure projects in the NCR’s recent history. Its impact on the surrounding real estate is significant. 

Running from Delhi to Gurgaon and connecting directly to sectors 81 through 113, this 29-kilometre high-speed corridor has efficiently created a new, highly sought-after residential zone known as New Gurgaon.
