NEW DELHI (India CSR): Vadodara-based Yash Highvoltage® Ltd., a leading manufacturer of condenser-graded high-voltage and high-current transformer bushings, has released its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) spending details for the financial year 2023-24. The company spent a total of Rs. 30.32 lakh on CSR activities, exceeding its mandated requirement of Rs. 29.51 lakh (2% of average net profits) under Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013.
The initiatives underline the company’s commitment to education, healthcare, food & nutrition, and environment, aligned with its focus on sustainable development and responsible manufacturing.

Education Initiatives
A significant portion of Yash Highvoltage® Ltd.’s CSR allocation supported education-focused projects. Contributions were made to organizations such as BAPS Public Charitable Trust (Rs. 1.70 lakh, Dharampur), RCBC Foundation (Rs. 50,000, Vadodara), and Baroda Management Association (Rs. 1 lakh, Vadodara). Healthcare Support
