RAIPUR: The Chhattisgarh government has announced a major administrative reshuffle, appointing senior IAS officer Vikas Sheel (IAS, 1994 batch) as the new Chief Secretary of Chhattisgarh. He will assume charge following the retirement of the current Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain (IAS, 1989 batch), who is set to retire on the afternoon of September 30, 2025.
