MUMBAI (India CSR): Influx Healthtech Limited continues to integrate social, economic, and environmental priorities into its operations, treating Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a key pillar of its sustainability strategy. The CSR policy focuses on education, healthcare, and community development, with a commitment to empowering marginalized communities and fostering self-reliance. Activities are implemented directly and through collaborations with trusted institutions such as Bombay NW Rotary PUB Cha Trust, Hasaniya Healthcare Sarvajanik Trust, Womb Foundation, and Jeevan Jyoti Educational Society.

Influx Group was started in 2002-2003 in Mumbai (India) with a small budget and a very small team with one common vision to achieve more.

CSR Governance Structure

The company has a dedicated CSR Committee to oversee planning, execution, and monitoring.

  • Chairman: Munir Abdul Ganee Chandniwala – Chairman & Managing Director
  • Members: Ashok Kumar Jain – Independent Director; Mrs. Shirin Munir Ahmed Chandniwala – Whole Time Director
  • Meetings: 2 meetings held in FY 2024-25, with full attendance by all members.

The CSR policy, composition, and approved projects are disclosed publicly on the company website.

Financial Commitment and Compliance

  • Average Net Profit (as per Sec. 135(5)): ₹10,28,00,196/-
  • CSR Obligation for FY 2024-25: ₹20,56,000/- (2% of average net profit)
  • Total CSR Amount Spent: ₹21,71,500/- (exceeding the statutory obligation)

No funds were transferred to the Unspent CSR Account or to Schedule VII funds, indicating timely execution of CSR activities.

CSR Focus Areas & Projects in FY 2024-25

  1. Healthcare Support
    • Provided aid through Hasaniya Healthcare Sarvajanik Trust for affordable medical services.
    • Supported community health drives, preventive care awareness, and critical healthcare interventions.
  2. Education Initiatives
    • Collaborated with Jeevan Jyoti Educational Society to fund education for underprivileged children.
    • Distributed educational materials and supported skill development programs.
  3. Community Development
    • Partnered with Womb Foundation for maternal and child health programs.
    • Sponsored local development projects, improving basic amenities and promoting hygiene.
  4. NGO Partnerships
    • Funded initiatives via Bombay NW Rotary PUB Cha Trust for both education and health outreach.

Strategic Approach

Influx Healthtech aligns CSR activities with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 and strategically deploys resources where public need is high, prioritizing operational areas but extending reach nationally when required. The approach leverages the company’s capabilities, technology, and funds to create sustainable, measurable social impact.

Impact and Monitoring

  • Impact Assessment: Not applicable for FY 2024-25 under Rule 8(3) of the CSR Rules.
  • Monitoring Mechanism: Periodic review by the CSR Committee ensures transparency, accountability, and alignment with policy goals.
  • Overspending: The company exceeded its statutory CSR spend by ₹1,15,500/-, reinforcing its commitment beyond compliance.
