MUMBAI (India CSR): K Raheja Corp, India’s leading real estate conglomerate, recently concluded its impactful ‘Paint a Pair, Show You Care’ initiative under its flagship ‘Time Off for Volunteering’ programme. In collaboration with NGO – ConnectFor, this event was part of the broader ‘Back to School’ campaign, aiming to support underprivileged school children from the Jhanvi Charitable Trust. Employees from across the Group’s diverse businesses, including Mindspace Business Parks, Chalet Hotels Ltd., K Raheja Corp Homes, and Inorbit Malls, came together to transform plain canvas shoes into vibrant, personalized footwear. Over 60 pairs of shoes were hand-painted by over 45 enthusiastic volunteers, bringing joy and excitement to the children as they prepared for the new academic year.
Adding to the event’s vibrancy, 10 children from Mumbai Public School, Chandivali, actively participated in the painting activity, infusing their creativity and fostering a sense of community. Beyond the artistic endeavour, volunteers also customized stationery kits and notebooks, addressing the educational needs of students across five local schools.

Urvi Aradhya, Chief Human Resources Officer at K Raheja Corp, remarked, “At K Raheja Corp, we believe in giving back to the community through meaningful, employee-driven programmes.
