Huang Zijiao: Taiwanese television host, actor, and writer

Huang Zijiao is a talented and versatile entertainer who has enjoyed a successful career in the Taiwanese entertainment industry. He is known for his quick wit, his ability to connect with audiences, and his business acumen. He is sure to continue to be a successful figure in the years to come.

Huang Zijiao, also known as Mickey Huang, is a Taiwanese comedian, television host, Master of Ceremonies, and actor1. He is best known for co-hosting the long-running show Super Sunday in the late 1990s and early 2000s. He has also worked for many television stations, such as ETTV Drama, CTS, and FTV, and is a radio DJ, entrepreneur, and writer. However, he was recently hospitalized after publicly admitting to sexual harassment accusations. The accusations involved a woman who was 17 at the time of the incident, which happened over a decade ago. He has since awakened and his condition is not life-threatening.

Huang Zijiao (黃子佼) is a Taiwanese television host, actor, and writer. He is known for his hosting work on a variety of variety shows, including Super Sunday (超級星期天), , and康熙來了 (Kangxi Lai Le). He has also won several awards for his hosting work, including the Golden Bell Award for Best Variety Show Host.

Huang Zijiao was born on March 30, 1972 in Taipei, Taiwan. He began his career in the entertainment industry as a writer for the variety show Super Sunday. In 1994, he began hosting the show, and quickly became one of the most popular variety show hosts in Taiwan.

Huang Zijiao has also hosted a number of other variety shows, including , , and . He has also appeared in several films and television dramas.

In 2010, Huang Zijiao married actress Meng耿如. The couple have one son together.

In 2023, Huang Zijiao was accused of sexual assault by a French woman. Huang Zijiao admitted to the allegations and apologized to the victim. He was subsequently suspended from his hosting duties.

Huang Zijiao is a popular and respected figure in the Taiwanese entertainment industry. He is known for his quick wit and his ability to connect with audiences. He is also a successful businessman, and owns several restaurants and bars in Taipei.

Huang Zijiao why in the news

Huang Zijiao, also known as Mickey Huang, has been in the news recently due to a series of events:

Sexual Harassment Accusations: Huang was accused of forcefully kissing a woman when she was 17 and manipulating her into taking nude photos. The incident happened over a decade ago.

Public Admission: Huang publicly admitted to the sexual harassment accusations via videos posted on his Facebook account. He also accused Barbie and Dee Hsu of taking drugs, which the sisters denied in a public statement.

Hospitalization: Following his public admission, Huang was hospitalized. His condition is not life-threatening.

Police Investigation: Taiwanese police have begun investigations into Huang’s sexual assault allegations. He was summoned to the Taipei District Prosecutor’s Office for interrogation.

Home Search: Police searched Huang’s home in Zhongshan District and other locations, including his studio and live broadcast room, and seized his computer and communication devices.

Public Apology: Huang recorded three videos, admitting to the accusations implicitly and apologized for his actions3. He also attempted suicide by inflicting knife injuries on himself.

Future Plans: Huang made a lengthy late-night Facebook post, attempting to explain his side of the story, promising that he will be a “better person and not hurt others” and wished to live as a new person.

It’s important to note that both these narratives are complex and ongoing investigations are underway.
