IND vs ENG Match Tickets Online: How to book tickets online for India vs England in Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Rajkot

The third match of the five-Test series will be played at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium from February 15 to 19

IND vs ENG 3rd Test Tickets Online:: India and England are set to face each other in a thrilling Test series starting from January 25. The first two matches will be played in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam, while the third Test will be held in Gujarat, Rajkot at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium. The stadium, which has a capacity of 28,000 spectators, hosted its first Test match in 2016 when India played against England. The match ended in a draw, with centuries from Cheteshwar Pujara, Murali Vijay, Ben Stokes and Alastair Cook.

If you are a cricket fan and want to witness the action live from the stadium, here is how you can book your tickets online for the third Test match between India and England in Rajkot.

Online ticket booking platforms

The tickets for the third Test match are available online on two platforms: Paytm Insider and BookMyShow. Both platforms have similar ticket booking processes and offer a range of ticket prices and categories. You can choose from general, premium, VIP, hospitality and corporate tickets, depending on your budget and preference. The ticket prices start from Rs. 300 and go up to Rs. 10,000.

To book your tickets online, you need to follow these steps:

Step 1: Visit the Paytm Insider or BookMyShow website or app and search for the event “IDFC FIRST Bank Series 3rd Test: India vs England, Rajkot”.

Step 2: Select the date and time of the match, which is February 15 to 19, from 9:30 AM onwards.

Step 3: Choose the number of tickets and the category of your choice and click on “Book Now”.

Step 4: Enter your personal details, such as name, email, phone number and address, and verify your identity with an OTP.

Step 5: Make the payment using your preferred mode, such as credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, wallet or cash on delivery.

Step 6: Once the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your ticket details and a QR code.

Step 7: You can either print your ticket or show it on your phone at the entry gate of the stadium.

Offline ticket booking options

If you are not comfortable with online ticket booking or want to buy your tickets in person, you can also visit the stadium or the nearby outlets to purchase your tickets offline. The offline ticket sales will start from February 10 and will be available at the following locations:

  • Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Jamnagar Road, Rajkot
  • Madhav Plaza, Opposite SBI Bank, 150 Feet Ring Road, Rajkot
  • Crystal Mall, Kalawad Road, Rajkot
  • Reliance Mall, Moti Khavdi, Jamnagar
  • Big Bazaar, Crystal Mall, Kalawad Road, Rajkot
  • Big Bazaar, Imperial Heights, 150 Feet Ring Road, Rajkot
  • Big Bazaar, Iscon Mega Mall, 150 Feet Ring Road, Rajkot

You need to carry a valid photo ID proof, such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving license or passport, to buy your tickets offline. You will also need to follow the COVID-19 safety protocols, such as wearing a mask, maintaining social distance and sanitizing your hands, at the ticket counters and the stadium.

Things to remember

Before you book your tickets online or offline, here are some important things to remember:

  • The tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. In case of cancellation or rescheduling of the match, the refund policy will be announced by the organizers.
  • The tickets are valid for one person only and cannot be shared with anyone else. The entry will be given to the person who scans the QR code first at the gate.
  • The tickets are subject to availability and may be sold out soon. It is advisable to book your tickets as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
  • The tickets do not include any food, beverages or parking facilities. You will have to buy them separately at the stadium or the nearby outlets.
  • The stadium has a strict no-smoking, no-alcohol and no-plastic policy. You are not allowed to bring any outside food, drinks, bottles, cans, cameras, binoculars, banners, flags, horns, whistles or any other prohibited items inside the stadium.
  • You are required to follow the stadium rules and regulations, as well as the COVID-19 guidelines, such as wearing a mask, undergoing thermal screening, showing your Aarogya Setu app status and sitting in your designated seat, at all times.
  • You are responsible for your own safety and security and the organizers are not liable for any loss, damage or injury that may occur during the match.
