Bob Pojasek is a client program manager – sustainability leader at Shaw E&I. In this role, Bob is responsible for managing a range of sustainability management services for mid-sized and larger clients with corporate social responsibility and sustainability programs.
Bob has been active in management consulting for nearly 40 years, helping senior corporate managers understand, plan and implement mainstream sustainability programs. He uses a variety of management systems, performance frameworks and improvement methods to create custom operational sustainability programs. In addition, Bob is an adjunct professor at Harvard University where he teaches two sustainability courses and serves as thesis director for students conducting sustainability research at the master’s level. He also is chairman of the board of governors for the Corporate Responsibility Officers Association and a member of the board of directors of the International Society for Sustainability Professionals.
Prior to joining Shaw, Bob served as the sustainability practice leader for a number of consulting firms where he provided management system support, business continuity planning and assistance with sustainability program management and reporting. He has received numerous awards and recognitions for his pollution prevention and sustainability achievements and is a thought leader in these fields.
