The story of Ram Rattan’s Naugaon is that of a perfect blend of Economic Development and Social Good to create Shared Prosperity.

NEW DELHI (India CSR): Ram Rattan Group, India’s leading developer of luxury gated farmhouse communities completes 45 years of transparency, honesty, integrity, trusted partnerships and shared prosperity. 11th May coincides with the Birthday of Chaudhary Ram Rattan Tanwar – Founder of the Group and is celebrated as the Founding Day. This remarkable journey of 45 years has brought prosperity and gratification to all those who have been a part of it.

In a special message to all stakeholders Chairman of the Group, Vijay Ram Rattan emphasized upon the values of trust, transparent dealings, welfare of all, gratitude and the power of taking everyone along on the path of collective progress.

To the credit of Ram Rattan Group is much of the curated farmhouse community development that can be seen across Chattarpur in Delhi. What started from Chattarpur 45 years ago found its natural progression in Sohna, Gurugram, Sitapur and now Naugaon creating an irreproachable legacy for the Group.

Naugaon before the arrival of Ram Rattan Group was not as endowed in terms of economic development, skill enhancement, gender equality and overall social capital. The scenario started undergoing a metamorphosis ever since the Group started bringing employment opportunities for the natives at their doorstep simultaneously stirring the social well-being quotient up. The strategic location of Naugaon on the extended Delhi NCR Map and the honesty of purpose that Ram Rattan Group brought in did the cumulative magic.

Strategically located along the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway barely 60 minutes from Gurugram and 90 minutes from Delhi NCR, Noida and Jaipur; Naugaon in Alwar District offers seamless connectivity to key hubs, making it an ideal destination for high-net-worth individuals and families seeking to own a tranquil sojourn supporting superlatively elevated living alongside a future-ready land investment.

The Group has launched six projects in Naugaon over the last five years. Ram Rattan Group’s developments are epitome of nature-nestled, high-value land offerings blending the pristine beauty of the Aravalli landscape with thoughtfully planned infrastructure within the precinct. The expansive 1,000-acre Naugaon ecosystem that the Group owns, the developments are often envisioned as ‘sanctuaries without ceiling’,defined by open vistas, low-density planning, and a lifestyle deeply rooted in nature. Ram Rattan Group’s farmhouse communities are a serene world within. Common amenities like Mini Golf Putting, The Mini Miyawaki Forests, The Meditation Decks and The Gazebos let patrons immerse in the bounty of nature. The kids’ sand pit, jogging track, the open fire place and the green walkways further add to the pristine charm of their developments besides several other amenities that are curated by the Group to add value to the already elevated living concept.

At Ram Rattan Group, spaces are not just measured in square feet, but in peace of mind, clean air, and freedom to live life on one’s own terms. Some of the very many benefits that come as an assurance while investing at Ram Rattan Group are: High Appreciation and Strong ROI; Clear Titles & Registered Land right from day one; Freehold Land rights and Unmatched After-sale services keeping in mind the interests of investors.

Further as developer of professionally managed farmhouse communities with elevated living quotient Ram Rattan Group ensures world class common area amenities, sustainable infrastructure (roads, water, power) within the precinct, planned layouts, institutionalized legal due diligence, clear titles, managed farming, and amenities like security and clubhouses (if applicable). The Group targets elevated lifestyle buyers and facilitates easier resale.

The town Naugaon derives its prominence from Ram Rattan Group’s presence and expansion since 2021. The Group has brought development, employment to indigenous people and shared prosperity for Naugaon. The Group is taking definitive initiatives to promote education for the girl child. The natives take pride in identifying themselves as residents of Ram Rattan’s Naugaon.

Through large-scale luxury farmhouse community developments, Ram Rattan Group is generating jobs for local contractors, construction workers, security personnel, landscapers, caretakers, and maintenance staff. Such ventures initiated by the Group also stimulate nearby businesses including transport, hospitality, and agricultural services. This boosts shared prosperity in the region.

Today on the occasion of 45th Founding Day, Vijay Ram Rattan has taken a resolve to renovate Government Girls Higher Secondary School at Mubarikpur, Naugaon in the best interest of the girls’ education. Thus, the story of Ram Rattan’s Naugaon is that of a perfect blend of Economic Development and Social Good to create Shared Prosperity.
