The IIT Roorkee alumni couple building a new kind of IT entrepreneurship—where the first 100 franchise founders become the protagonists of a 100-crore journey.

Indore: Every successful company begins with a dream. But every once in a while, a dream is born with the intention of creating not just a company, but an entire generation of entrepreneurs.

For Rahul Ahirwal and Monika Ahirwal, the founders behind ITSOFTLAB360, the next chapter is being written around a bold and ambitious vision: build a 100-crore company together with its first 100 Unit Franchise Founders.

It is not simply a revenue target. It is a story the founders want to write together with 100 entrepreneurs who will become an integral part of the company’s growth journey.

As an IIT Roorkee alumni couple, Rahul and Monika say they are not chasing growth merely to make their own company bigger. Their larger ambition is to make entrepreneurship more accessible—to create opportunities for people who may have the ambition to own a technology company, even if they do not come from a technology background.

A 100-Crore Dream With 100 People at Its Heart

For an individual entrepreneur, building a 100-crore business can take years of relentless effort, investment, hiring, technology development, customer acquisition and market expansion. For many, the journey can take five or six years—or considerably longer.

But what if 100 entrepreneurs could become part of one larger technology ecosystem? What if, instead of one founder building the journey alone, 100 founders could contribute to the same vision from different cities, markets and business networks?

That question has become the foundation of ITSOFTLAB360’s next phase. The company’s vision is to bring together its first 100 Unit Franchise Founders and build a high-growth IT ecosystem with the collective ambition of reaching 100 crore in turnover.

100 founders.

100 entrepreneurial journeys. One common vision.

100 crore as the destination.

The Story of Rahul and Monika

At the heart of this vision are two professionals who chose to build a company around a problem they had observed closely in the technology and business ecosystem.

Rahul Ahirwal, Managing Director & CTO, brings the technology and product vision to ITSOFTLAB, while

Monika Ahirwal, Chief Executive Officer, leads the company’s broader business and growth vision. Together, the IIT Roorkee alumni couple are building ITSOFTLAB360 around a belief that technology entrepreneurship should become accessible to a much wider audience.

Their journey is not being positioned simply as a husband-and-wife founder story. It is a story of two professionals attempting to create a platform where many other people can become founders in their own right.

They Don’t Want to Be the Only Success Story

Perhaps the most interesting part of the ITSOFTLAB360 story is what its founders don’t want. They don’t want to build a successful company and simply stand at the top of it.

They want to create a platform where other people can build their own success stories alongside them.

For Rahul and Monika, entrepreneurship should not be restricted to people who have studied Computer Science, worked as software developers or spent years inside the technology industry.

They believe there are capable people who understand business, sales, relationships and markets—but hesitate to enter the IT industry because technology appears complicated and expensive.

“You don’t have to be a technologist to become an IT entrepreneur.”

From Technology Expertise to Technology Ownership

Instead of asking every entrepreneur to build a technology company completely from scratch, ITSOFTLAB360 is developing an ecosystem around its integrated technology products, business infrastructure, support systems and franchise model.

The idea is to allow entrepreneurs to focus on what they know best—building relationships, developing markets, acquiring customers and growing a business—while becoming part of a larger technology ecosystem.

For the founders, this is more than a business model. It is an attempt to change the perception of who can become an IT entrepreneur.

Technology may build the product. Entrepreneurs build the market.

The First 100 Will Be Different

ITSOFTLAB360 is placing special importance on its first 100 Unit Franchise Founders. They are not being viewed merely as customers or franchise partners. They are being envisioned as the first generation of entrepreneurs participating in the company’s 100-crore journey.

Each founder could represent a different city, a different market and a different entrepreneurial story. Some may come from sales. Some may come from traditional businesses. Some may be experienced entrepreneurs looking for a new opportunity. Others may be first-time entrepreneurs looking for their entry into the technology industry.

What connects them is the ambition to build something of their own.

From One Company to a Global Entrepreneurial Ecosystem

The long-term vision goes beyond the 100-crore milestone. Rahul and Monika want ITSOFTLAB360 to evolve into a global IT entrepreneurship ecosystem, where entrepreneurs in different markets can establish and operate technology businesses under a common technology and support framework.

Their dream is not simply to open more offices. It is to create more owners. More entrepreneurs. More technology businesses. More opportunities.

And eventually, a global network of IT entrepreneurs who began their journey through the same ecosystem.

“We Don’t Want to Become Big Alone”

For Rahul and Monika, perhaps the most important distinction is this: they don’t want to become big alone.

They want to grow with the people who believe in the vision. Their 100-crore ambition is therefore being positioned not as a destination for two founders, but as a collective milestone for an entire entrepreneurial network.

The first 100 founders could become the first chapter of that story. And if the vision succeeds, the number 100 may eventually represent much more than a financial milestone.

It could represent 100 people who decided to stop waiting for an opportunity and create one for themselves.

A New Definition of an IT Entrepreneur

For decades, the image of an IT company founder has often been associated with engineers, programmers, technology specialists and people with deep technical expertise. ITSOFTLAB360 is attempting to introduce a different idea:

An IT entrepreneur does not necessarily have to be the person writing the code.

An entrepreneur can be the person who understands the customer. The person who understands the market. The person who builds relationships. The person who assembles a team. The person who has the courage to take ownership.

Technology can be provided through an ecosystem. But entrepreneurship still has to come from within.

And So, A New Story Begins

The next few years will determine how far this ambitious vision travels. But one thing is already clear—Rahul and Monika are not thinking about their journey in conventional terms.

They are not only asking: “How big can our company become?” They are asking a much larger question: “How many entrepreneurs can we create along the way?”

That is what makes the 100-crore vision different. Because behind the number is a human story.

A story of two IIT Roorkee alumni who started with their own entrepreneurial dream—but now want to place

100 other founders at the centre of their next big chapter.

Their ambition is simple to say, but extraordinary to execute:

Build a 100-crore company. Build it with 100 founders.

And create a new generation of IT entrepreneurs along the way.

Because perhaps the biggest success of a company is not how high its founders rise—but how many people rise with them.
