MUMBAI: Full Circle, that promotes gender inclusivity and spreads awareness on prevention of sexual harassment at workplaces, has appointed Roma Balwani, former Head of Communications at Vedanta group and Mahindra & Mahindra group, to its Advisory Board.
Roma has over three decades of experience in various aspects of brand and strategic communications. In her previous role as President, Group Communications and Sustainable Development at Vedanta, she was driving Group Communications, Sustainability & CSR as a strategic function across the group.
Prior to joining Vedanta, she was the Chief Group Communications Officer at Mahindra Group, India for nearly a decade.

Full Circle, under the leadership of Sunita Thawani, Founder CEO, is extensively working in the space of Prevention of Sexual Harassment at workplaces. After spending 25 years with Tata Group in the legal area, Sunita founded Full Circle in 2014 to promote gender diversity and women leadership in corporate India and other organisations.
