NAGPUR: The Centre for Training & Research in Responsible Business (CTRRB) is organizing its 12th CSR Training Workshop in Nagpur on May 10-11,2013. The Venue is the MIDC Conference Hall, Udyog Bhawan, Civil Lines, Nagpur. The Workshop is for Corporate, MSEs, NGOs, government officials and academicians, including students., Suresh Pramar, CTRRB informed INDIACSR.
“Our workshops have enabled participants to acquire the skills and competencies required to become qualified CSR practitioners. Through specialized, detailed, and focused training, they provide participants the tools and practical framework to improve CSR decision making, manage risks, measure performance, and to create and leverage partnerships.” He added.
“The workshops allows participants to learn from the experiences and approaches of their peers working in the field, while also taking direction from speakers. Upon completion of the course, the trainees are able to apply their knowledge at all levels of CSR from the development and implementation of effective CSR strategies, to CSR reporting and communication.” he said.
“The Workshop provides an opportunity for civil society organizations to learn about the community services launched by business houses. It will enable them to network with business representatives and develop partnership opportunities.”, Pramar said.
The Workshop is being organized with the support of Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur; OMS Advisory Services, Nagpur; Eastman Advisors, Nagpur and MIDC Industries Association (MIA) Nagpur.
