Bengaluru: The Bengaluru chapter of TiE Global, a nonprofit venture devoted to promotion of entrepreneurship across industries, will host an enthralling discussion on Blended Capital on the sidelines of the 12th CSR Leadership Summit to be held at Ritz-Carlton, Bengaluru on December 10, 2021.
Titled “Blended Capital for Social Enterprises”, the Round Table will explore a radical idea of fuelling the growth of high potential social enterprises through a blended finance model.
The Round Table will be moderated by Mr Madan Padaki, a leading entrepreneur and change maker, who is Founder and CEO of 1Bridge. He is also the current President of TiE Bangalore.
“Social enterprises lack access to capital to scale up their solutions and there is a need for the CSR community to support scalable solutions led by social entrepreneurs,” said Rusen Kumar, Founder, India CSR Network.
The round table is expected to provide a much-needed platform to hold meaningful discussions to explore the possibility of scaling up high potential social enterprises through blended sources of funding, which will help scale their impact several folds.

The 12th CSR Leadership Summit is the country’s largest and most prominent CSR & Sustainability event which witnesses participation from diverse sectors including corporate, civil society, social enterprises, venture capitalists, media and think tanks.
The Summit is hosted by India CSR Network, a countrywide platform to showcase and promote CSR, Responsible Business and Sustainability in India through stories of impact.
