Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) achieves the top position in customer satisfaction in France for the fifth consecutive year, securing an impressive 84% satisfaction score, according to the 2023 French IT Sourcing Study by Whitelane Research.
Whitelane Research, in collaboration with Timspirit, conducts the largest independent survey in France, encompassing 600 IT outsourcing contracts and 700 cloud service contracts. TCS France’s satisfaction score stands at 12% higher than the sector average, with a 6% lead over the second-ranking organization.
