He is widely recognised for my contribution towards social and sustainable change initiatives which have impacted at the grassroots and benefitted thousands of rural households across India.
However, even more remarkable is his catalytic and capacity-building role which has brought transformation in the entire spectrum of actors engaged in execution of social projects. This involves capacity building and training NGO professionals, PRIs, SHGs, institutions and individuals engaged with the projects, which he has been doing with the greatest commitment to ensure manifold outcomes for all my initiatives.
He believes in building knowledge and capacity at all levels so that each individual can in turn become an agent of change. This approach has enabled him to transform workers into changemakers who lead, not the project, but the mission. All initiatives taken up by him are designed to strengthen groups and institutions leading to sustainability of the effort. He firmly believes that people progress in group; people learn from each other in a group, people share success and failure in a group and the collective action creates a healthy and sustainable eco-system for rural India.
Overall his commitment to CSR is seen through his efforts in understanding and implementing through collective action, developing sustainable and scalable partnerships and solutions that prioritize maximum measurable impact, efficiency and transparency. He is sincerely committed to invest his time and efforts to ensure that all initiatives and collaborations are truly creating value, not just for the bottom of the pyramid, but for the economic, social and environmental aspects, being touched through each CSR initiative taken up by him.
