Through a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, REC has committed Rs. 2.92 crore to upgrade medical infrastructure in Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) field hospitals across five strategic locations. On December 30, 2024, REC Limited signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with ITBP to provide financial assistance for procuring advanced medical equipment for field hospitals located at:
