RAIPUR: Raipur United Round Table 344 organised a heartwarming Twinklers activity at Mishh Cafe, ABCD Playzone, Raipur, where children of Tablers came together to craft eco-friendly clay Ganesha idols by hand. The evening was filled with colour, laughter, and the kind of easy family bonding that Round Table is built on.
The activity was convened by LMF Tabler Prashant Baradia & LMF Tabler Prabhat Deshlahara, Twinklers Activity Convener of RURT 344, and organised with warmth and care by his wife, Rainy Deshlahara. Tablers arrived with their spouses and children, turning the playzone into a lively family gathering rather than a formal programme. Little hands shaped mitti into Lord Ganesha, parents sat close by, and the room slowly filled with the quiet pride of children showing off their first handmade murti.
Coming just ahead of Ganesh Chaturthi, the workshop carried a simple but meaningful message: celebrate tradition, choose clay over plaster, and let children learn by doing. More than a craft session, it became a space where Twinklers played, helped one another, and formed friendships that go beyond school and neighbourhood. That, for Round Table families, is the real success of a Twinklers day.
LMF Tabler Ankit Jindal, Chairman, RURT 344, said the table’s strength has always been fellowship that includes the whole family. “When our children sit together and create something with their own hands, they don’t just make a Ganesha — they make memories and a sense of belonging. That is the spirit we want to pass on.”
LMF Tabler Utkarsh Gupta, SSR & Publicity Convener, RURT 344, added: “Today was simple, joyful and complete. Every Tabler walked in with his family and walked out with a smile. Prabhat and Rainy gave our children an evening they will remember, and that is exactly what a Twinklers activity should be.”
