Representatives from the corporate world and government are coming together at a panel discussion for ‘Decoding Amended CSR Law, 2021‘ on January 28^th, 2021 during 4-7 PM

The virtual forum will help CSR professionals make sense of the Amended India CSR Law, 2021 and will have Q&A and polls to clear the doubts.

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has amended the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014 through notification dated January 22, 2021. It shall be noted that the MCA has brought major changes in the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility) Rules, 2014 through the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Amendment Rules, 2021.
