Starting his career coding in a library at age 12, Raji spent a decade at Microsoft, contributing to tools like SQL Server modeling and the Visual Studio editor. He later led large-scale consumer engineering at Meta, overseeing projects like Facebook Messenger, Marketplace, and Gaming. In 2021, he founded Statsig, a platform specializing in A/B testing and feature flagging, which scaled to a $1.1 billion valuation with clients including Microsoft, Notion, and OpenAI itself.
