Expanding Horizons: Regional Rounds Across 9 Cities
For the first time, the Electron Quiz will span nine regional locations, ensuring wider participation and a more engaging competition. The regional rounds will be held in Hyderabad, Lucknow, Patna, Kolkata, Mumbai, Ranchi, Chennai, Raipur, and Noida, providing an opportunity for young minds to showcase their knowledge and critical thinking.
Each regional round offers exciting prizes:
- Rs 30,000 for the winning team.
- Rs 20,000 for the runners-up.
- Rs 10,000 for the third position.
- Consolation prizes of Rs 4,000 for teams placed fourth to sixth.
The top two teams from each region will qualify for the National Semi-Finals, bringing them one step closer to the ultimate challenge.
National Semi-Finals and Grand Finale
The competition will culminate in the National Semi-Finals and Grand Finale, scheduled for February 27 and 28 at NTPC’s Power Management Institute (PMI). The stakes are even higher at the national level:
- First Prize: Rs 50,000.
- Second Prize: Rs 30,000.
- Third Prize: Rs 20,000.
- Rs 8,000 for teams finishing fourth, fifth, and sixth.
- Rs 4,000 for the remaining twelve teams.
