NEW DELHI: Rohit Kumar Singh, Founder and CEO of Media Trendz, has been recognised for Excellence in Brand Strategy and Marketing Communication at HT Media’s Crafting Bharat Business Conclave & Awards 2026, held at ITC Grand Central, Mumbai. The recognition celebrates individuals and organisations demonstrating leadership, innovation, and impact across India’s evolving business landscape.

The recognition underscores Media Trendz’s continued commitment to strategic brand building, impactful communication, and helping organisations create meaningful connections in an increasingly dynamic marketplace.

A Journey Rooted in Storytelling

Long before Media Trendz was established, Rohit was immersed in the world of journalism. His career spanned some of India’s most recognised media organisations — NDTV, News 24 and Live India — where he developed an instinct that would later become the foundation of everything Media Trendz stands for: the ability to find the story inside the noise.

Rohit later served as a Media Consultant with the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India, contributing to national-level communication initiatives and gaining first-hand insight into how strategy, messaging, and timing influence public perception at scale.

It was this combination of a journalist’s curiosity, a communicator’s discipline, and a strategist’s instinct that Rohit carried into entrepreneurship when he founded Media Trendz in 2019.

“Journalism teaches you that every organisation, every business, and every individual has a story worth telling. Brand strategy, for me, is about discovering that story and ensuring it reaches the right audience with clarity, consistency, and purpose,” Rohit says.

Building Media Trendz

Founded with the vision of delivering integrated branding and communication solutions, Media Trendz has grown into a multidisciplinary agency offering expertise across brand strategy, digital marketing, public relations, reputation management, social media management, content development, website solutions, and performance-driven campaigns.

By combining creativity with data-driven insights, the agency has worked closely with educational institutions, healthcare providers, real estate developers, and organisations within the MSME ecosystem to build stronger brands, foster meaningful audience engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The honour at HT Media’s Crafting Bharat Business Conclave & Awards 2026 is the latest in a series of recognitions that reflect both Media Trendz’s national standing and its deep regional impact.

In 2025, Media Trendz was recognised as Best MSME of the Year 2025 at the HT Media Bharat Nirman Conclave — an award presented by Hon’ble Minister of State for Defence Shri Sanjay Seth at Taj Palace, New Delhi, one of India’s most prestigious platforms celebrating MSME excellence.

Rohit was also conferred the Bihar Vibhuti Samman at the Let’s Inspire Bihar event held in New Delhi — presented by LIB Patron and renowned IPS Vikas Vaibhav, currently serving as Inspector General, Magadh Range — in recognition of his contribution to Bihar’s growth, communications landscape and the state’s emerging entrepreneurial ecosystem. This honour, rooted in Bihar’s social and cultural fabric, reflects a dimension of recognition that goes beyond business metrics — acknowledging the role Media Trendz plays in building Bihar’s voice and visibility on a national stage.

Together, these recognitions trace a clear and consistent arc.

From a young journalist who left Patna to build a career in the national media landscape, to a communication professional who worked within the Government of India, and ultimately to an entrepreneur building brands and shaping narratives — Rohit’s journey reflects resilience, reinvention, and the belief that meaningful communication has the power to transform organisations and communities alike.

When the recognition was announced in Mumbai, Rohit was in Delhi, delivering on a client commitment. He learned about the honour through a message from his team — a detail that, perhaps more than anything else, captures how he has built Media Trendz over the last seven years.
