NEW DELHI (India CSR): The Telugu creator economy marked a significant milestone on December 21, 2025, with the successful conclusion of CreatorsGrowth – Future Creators 2.0 at T-Hub, Hyderabad. The large-scale community-driven event brought together digital creators, aspiring influencers, entrepreneurs, startup founders, and industry professionals from across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and other parts of India. At a time when content creation is rapidly evolving into a serious career option, the event highlighted the growing demand for structured learning, collaboration, and sustainable growth within the Telugu creators ecosystem.

At the center of this movement is Lokesh Arukala, a digital marketing professional, trainer, and content creator who has been steadily building platforms designed not just for visibility, but for long-term creator development.

A Creator-Led Movement Rooted in Experience

Unlike many community initiatives driven by brands or agencies, CreatorsGrowth has emerged from a creator’s own journey. Lokesh Arukala, an MBA gold medalist from Osmania University and founder of Grox Digital Marketing Agency, understands the challenges of content creation from the inside. Over the years, he has built a strong personal brand by sharing practical insights on career clarity, money mindset, personal growth, and skill development, particularly targeted at Telugu-speaking youth.

His work extends beyond short-form content. Through his YouTube podcast TeluguTalks with LK, Lokesh has consistently highlighted real-life stories of young creators, entrepreneurs, and professionals, focusing on struggles, failures, and learning curves rather than curated success narratives. This grounded approach has resonated with thousands of viewers seeking relatable guidance in the digital space.

Identifying a Gap in the Telugu Creator Ecosystem

The idea behind CreatorsGrowth was shaped nearly five years ago, during Lokesh’s early efforts to understand content creation and digital growth. While educational content was widely available online, most structured resources were concentrated in Hindi or English, leaving Telugu creators with limited region-specific guidance.

In search of clarity, Lokesh attended multiple creator meetups, branding summits, and digital conferences in cities such as Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, and Delhi. While these platforms offered valuable exposure, a recurring observation stood out: there was no dedicated space that addressed the unique challenges, language barriers, and growth potential of Telugu creators.

At the same time, the rise of trend-driven content revealed another concern. Many young creators were producing content without strategic direction, often chasing virality without understanding how content could translate into credibility, career opportunities, or business outcomes. This realization laid the foundation for a focused community built on clarity, collaboration, and creator-first learning.

From Vision to Reality: The First Edition

The concept took shape with CreatorsGrowth – Future Creators 1.0, launched on June 29, 2025. The inaugural event brought together over 120 creators and aspiring creators from Telugu states. Instead of motivational speeches, the focus remained on real journeys, practical insights, and stories of small creators who were gradually building sustainable livelihoods through content.

The positive response confirmed the need for such a platform and positioned CreatorsGrowth as an ongoing community initiative rather than a one-off gathering.

Scaling Up at T-Hub: Future Creators 2.0

Building on the momentum, CreatorsGrowth – Future Creators 2.0 was hosted at T-Hub, one of India’s most prominent innovation hubs. The second edition witnessed significant scale-up in both participation and content depth, with over 250 attendees taking part.

The event featured panel discussions with creators who have transitioned into entrepreneurs, speaker sessions focused on personal branding and platform growth, and conversations around brand collaborations and affiliate opportunities. A dedicated 30-minute founder learning session by Lokesh Arukala offered attendees a transparent look into content strategy, audience building, and long-term positioning in the creator economy.

Industry Voices and Guest Speakers Add Perspective

The event was further strengthened by the presence of notable guest speakers and community voices, including Ramya Nagendra, Vamshi Krishna, Krishna Chaitanya, Borabanda Chinna, Actor Guru, and Kusum Ganji. Their interactions with creators offered practical insights into content consistency, audience trust, and aligning creativity with purpose.

Spotlight on Emerging Creators

A key highlight of Future Creators 2.0 was the focus on emerging talent. Young creators were invited on stage to share their journeys, reinforcing the importance of early mentorship and community support. Among those featured were Rakshith Prabha, a C++ trainer creating educational content on Instagram; Abhishek Jagabhadi, an 18-year-old entrepreneur and founder of Rockage Clothing; and Bunny Guruji, a 17-year-old graphic designer and content creator. Their stories reflected the growing diversity within the Telugu creator space.

Sponsorship and Community Support

The event was supported by strong industry partnerships. V-Cube Software Solutions joined as the main event sponsor, aligning with the initiative’s focus on skill development and future-ready talent. College Mentor came on board as co-sponsor, supporting the bridge between education, mentorship, and real-world opportunities.

Looking Ahead

For Lokesh Arukala, CreatorsGrowth represents more than an event series. It is a long-term effort to encourage purposeful creation over passive consumption. By positioning content creation as a tool for skill-building, confidence, and career development, the initiative aims to redefine how young people engage with digital platforms.

With plans to expand beyond Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, CreatorsGrowth is steadily positioning itself as a foundational community for regional creators across India. What began as a personal search for clarity has now evolved into a structured movement shaping the future of the Telugu creator economy.
