MUMBAI: Vamaship, an integrated logistics platform, is fulfilling their mission of setting global benchmarks in stakeholder satisfaction through a heartwarming initiative, ‘Blood Donation Week 2016’. Team Vamaship is partnering with BVC Foundation for this drive where they are reaching out to a large number of corporates and stakeholders related to Vamaship to participate. The six-day camp will end on November 26.
The Blood donation drive is covering 20 states and UTs which include cities such as Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Lucknow, Indore, Ludhiana and Goa. They have connected with 31 blood banks in the past 2 years and associated with blood banks across different states. From 2017 onward, Vamaship intends to expand their reach to make a difference in the entire nation.
Speaking about the initiative, Bhavik Chinai, CEO and Founder of Vamaship said, “ To empower our mission, we are initiating this nationwide drive to outreach the effective donors, build good relations with all communities. Through this Blood Donation Camp, we will connect the generous donors to those who need blood, which would make a difference to thousands of Indian citizen across geographies.”
When e-commerce oriented startups are struggling to serve their newly acquired clientele right, Vamaship is attempting to create a difference in the startup community through their social initiatives. Incepted in October 2015, Vamaship aims to revolutionise the fragmented logistics industry. The company intends to transform logistics by facilitating shipping at the cheapest cost through air, ocean and surface, and also help automate shipping processes.
