Exceeding the Mandate: A Closer Look at Spending

For the financial year 2024-25, Inspirisys Solutions Limited was required to spend Rs 39.84 lakhs on Corporate Social Responsibility activities, calculated as two percent of its average net profit of Rs 1,992.12 lakhs. Inspirisys Solutions, however, chose to allocate Rs 40.60 lakhs, reflecting an earnest commitment to its social mandate. This proactive stance highlights a philosophy that views CSR not merely as a regulatory requirement but as an integral part of its operational ethos. Notably, Inspirisys Solutions reported nil administrative overheads for its CSR projects, indicating efficient and direct utilization of funds towards its stated objectives.

Empowering Through Education: The Flagship Initiative

A significant portion of Inspirisys’s CSR expenditure was channeled into a collaborative program focused on educational assistance. This flagship initiative, implemented under the Endowment Mode, is designed to support deserving B.Tech students and Diploma Level (Data Science) students. Partnering with the esteemed IIT-Madras (under CSR Registration No. CSR00004320), the program has already benefited a total of ten students, providing them with enhanced learning opportunities and essential resources crucial for their academic and professional growth. This focus on education aligns with Inspirisys Solutions’s broader vision of fostering human potential and contributing to a skilled workforce, ensuring a sustainable impact on individuals and society.

Inspirisys Solutions seeks to achieve sustained growth through its services, conduct, and initiatives, fulfilling its role as a socially responsible corporate entity with environmental concerns.

The policy outlines a broad scope, applying to all CSR initiatives and activities undertaken for the benefit of diverse segments of society, with particular emphasis on the deprived, underprivileged, and differently abled persons. Inspirisys has identified several key focus areas for its CSR efforts, ensuring a multi-faceted approach to community development:

  • Community drinking water supply.

  • Training to promote rural sports and nationally recognized sports.
  • Slum area development.

This diverse set of focus areas underscores Inspirisys’s commitment to addressing fundamental societal needs and contributing to holistic community well-being.

Leadership in Action: The CSR Committee

The effective implementation of Inspirisys’s CSR initiatives is overseen by a dedicated Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
