The company directs nearly 96% of its CSR expenditure towards projects supporting sanitation, safe drinking water and education.

MUMBAI (India CSR): Eureka Forbes Limited spent Rs. 2.61 crore on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives during the financial year 2025-26, meeting its statutory obligation in full, according to the company’s Integrated Annual Report. The company reported an average net profit of Rs. 130.57 crore under Section 135(5) of the Companies Act, 2013. Its prescribed CSR expenditure, calculated at two per cent of the average net profit, stood at Rs. 2,61,14,421.

Eureka Forbes spent the entire prescribed amount during the year, leaving no unspent balance. The company was therefore not required to transfer funds to an Unspent CSR Account or any fund specified under Schedule VII of the Companies Act.

Eureka Forbes operates manufacturing facilities in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, and Bengaluru, Karnataka. Its national operational footprint includes 137 offices, with a presence across 28 states and six Union Territories. Headquartered in Mumbai, Eureka Forbes Limited is listed on the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India.

CSR Spending Allocation

Of the total CSR expenditure, Rs. 2,49,94,599 was spent directly on CSR projects. Another Rs. 11,19,822 was utilised for administrative overheads. Project expenditure represented approximately 95.71% of the company’s total CSR spending, while administrative overheads accounted for 4.29%. No expenditure was reported for impact assessment, as the statutory impact-assessment requirement was not applicable during the financial year. The company also reported no surplus arising from previous CSR activities and no excess amount available for adjustment against future CSR obligations.

Focus on Water, Sanitation and Education

Eureka Forbes has aligned its CSR strategy with its business purpose of promoting health, hygiene and sustainable living. Its stated CSR objective is to improve access to healthy water, pure air and clean earth. During FY 2025-26, the company focused primarily on two flagship initiatives—the Eco School Project and the ASPIRE Scholarship Program.

The Eco School Project, launched in FY 2023-24, strengthens water, sanitation and hygiene infrastructure in government schools in Dehradun and Bengaluru. The programme supports safe and inclusive learning environments through improved toilets, clean-water access and hygiene facilities. According to the company, the initiative has reached more than 27 schools. Students and teachers have reported improved cleanliness, reduced sanitation-related disruption and greater comfort within school premises.

Scholarships for Technicians’ Children

The ASPIRE Scholarship Program was launched in June 2025 to support meritorious children of Eureka Forbes service technicians. The programme provides reimbursement for tuition fees and related educational expenses, covering students from kindergarten to graduation. It is implemented in partnership with Samhita and Scholarlify, organisations experienced in scholarship administration and educational outreach.

Eureka Forbes reported that its CSR initiatives reached more than 7,500 beneficiaries during FY 2025-26. The company’s CSR Committee was chaired by Independent Director Gurveen Singh. Its members included Managing Director and CEO Pratik Pota and Independent Directors Homi Katgara and Vinod Rao. The company reported no unspent CSR amount for the preceding three financial years and no capital assets created or acquired through CSR expenditure during FY 2025-26.
