BODELI (India CSR): Silvin Additives, a leading manufacturer of high-performance additives for the PVC and CPVC industries, inaugurated the newly modernised library at Sheth HH Shirolawala High School in Bodeli on 11th October,Saturdays.
The library was inaugurated by Pradip Chokshi, Founder of Silvin Additives in the presence of the school’s trustee Bhavesh Shirolawala, teachers, students, and local leaders.
Chokshi’s vision for community betterment continues to drive Silvin Additives’ corporate social responsibility efforts. His presence symbolised the start of a renewed mission to provide students and teachers with improved access to knowledge and opportunities.
Equipped with a diverse collection of books, the library aims to inspire curiosity and creativity among students. A special collection of Gujarati books underscores Silvin’s dedication to preserving linguistic and cultural heritage in an increasingly digital era, encouraging students to value reading while embracing modern learning tools.

The upgraded facility will benefit more than 2,000 students and 100 teachers, providing a productive environment that enhances academic performance and nurtures lifelong learning.
Bodeli holds special significance for Silvin Additives. It is not only the birthplace of founder Pradip Chokshi, but also where MD Jagat Chokshi and Joint MD Mirang Chokshi spent their formative years. Moreover, Bodeli is home to the company’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. These factors have made Bodeli the focal point of Silvin’s CSR agenda.
