Finolex Industries Limited and Mukul Madhav Foundation supported government hospitals with 4 ventilators and 50 oxygen concentrators in Gujarat.
The four ventilators were given to 4 hospitals namely: GMERS Hospital and Medical Colleges in Gandhinagar, Vad Nagar, Himantnagar and Patan.
The 50 oxygen concentrators were distributed to:
Cottage Hospital, Arvalli – 10
General Hospital, Vyara – 10
Jhalod Sub District Hospital – 10
Dhrangadhra Sub District Hospital – 10
Savarkundla Sub District Hospital – 10
The Distribution of the same was flagged off by Governor of Gujarat, Achariya Devvrutji. He mentioned that FIL/MMF had also given its support to the Corona Yagna’s resolution by providing 2000 kits of the 1 Lakh kits pledged, which were distributed to Corona Warriors. He added that FIL/MMF had supported not only in Gujarat State’s health infrastructure with 4 ventilators and 50 oxygen concentrators but also this support was being given to other states as well.
He appreciated and thanked Mukul Madhav Foundation’s Managing Trustee – Ritu Chhabria for the selfless initiative, and said that the medical equipment will be sent to all the hospitals on a priority basis and put to use immediately.
