JK Organisation Conducts Blood Donation Camps

NEW DELHI (India CSR): Leading industrial conglomerate, JK Organisation, organised blood donation camps across its various plants and sales offices to mark the 92nd birth anniversary of Late Hari Shankar Singhania—former president of the JK Organisation and a key architect behind the growth of the $4-billion group. Around 7,800 employees across group companies volunteered to support this humanitarian initiative. Prior to donation, all participants underwent basic health checks, including blood pressure, hemoglobin, and weight assessments. Each donor was presented with a certificate of appreciation in recognition of their contribution.

Honouring Founder’s Legacy

While the group undertakes various social initiatives, the blood donation camps held on this day were a special tribute to the late Hari Shankar Singhania, who was deeply committed to giving back to society. A recipient of the Padma Bhushan, Singhania was instrumental in driving the growth and consolidation of the JK Organisation, establishing new ventures and bringing several companies into the group fold.

Leadership Message Shared

During his address, Bharat Hari Singhania, Chairman of JK Organisation, shared a heartfelt message: “Our founders firmly believed that business must serve a higher purpose—and that belief continues to guide us. For over a hundred years, JK Organisation has placed the well-being of communities at the heart of its mission. Long before the term ‘CSR’ even existed, giving back was part of our DNA. This blood donation drive, spanning across JKO Group companies, is a humble yet meaningful way to support those in urgent need. It is also our tribute to the enduring legacy of the Late Hari Shankar Singhania on his birth anniversary—a leader whose life was devoted to nation building, social service and economic progress.”

United Corporate Effort

All group companies under the JK Organisation came together to participate in the initiative, including JK Tyre, JK Paper, JK Lakshmi Cement, JK Agri Genetics, JK Fenner, JK Foods, Delopt, CliniRx Tangent Research Ltd, JK Insurance, Indica Travels, PSRI Hospital & JK Lakshmipat University.

Global Group Presence

JK Organisation is a diversified multinational conglomerate headquartered in India, with a legacy spanning over 140 years. With operations across multiple industries, products, and geographies, the group has a strong global presence. Its international manufacturing footprint includes facilities in Mexico, Indonesia, Romania, Belgium, Portugal, and the UAE.
