NEW DELHI: Dhanuka trust installed R O Water cooler in Katwaria Sarai, South Delhi. With an aim to provide free and clean drinking water to locals , the trust has joined hands with popular Lions club for the initiative.
The water cooler was inaugurated by Dhanuka Agritech MD, M. K Dhanuka and Dr.Nandini Sharma,Chairperson-Education Committee, SDMC.
Dhanuka Agritech, through various partners has been involved in water conservation activities from more than a decade now. It is spreading awareness about water conservation through its flagship campaign “Khet ka pani khet mein, aur gaon ka pani gaon mein”.
The company has built 06 dams and planted 20000 trees in various parts of Rajasthan/country. The company has recently rejuvenated a lifeless pond in Vrindavan. Every year on World Water Day, Dhanuka organizes various activities across India to promote water conservation practices in people’s daily life.
