CCL’s CSR Efforts: Investing in Community Development Projects in Partnership with Ramgarh District Administration.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is no longer just an added bonus for companies, but a necessity for responsible and sustainable business operations. Central Coalfeilds Limited (CCL) is setting a precedent by not only meeting its CSR obligations, but going above and beyond through its partnership with the Ramgarh District Administration. The investment in community development projects such as mobile tower installation, open gyms, and biochemistry analyzers not only bring tangible benefits to the community, but also demonstrate CCL’s commitment to being a responsible corporate citizen. The question is, will other companies follow in CCL’s footsteps and prioritize community development and sustainability in their CSR efforts?
Central Coalfeilds Limited (CCL) has taken a step forward in its corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Ramgarh District Administration. The partnership will see CCL investing in three projects in the district, with a total budget of Rs 2.28 crore. The first project, costing Rs 1.5 crore, is the installation of a mobile tower in the Barlanga and Gola block areas.

Finally, CCL will be investing Rs 37.5 lakh for the installation of 3 biochemistry analyzers in the district hospital. These projects will bring various benefits to the community and CCL will be working closely with the district administration to ensure their successful implementation.
