The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) spending in India is increasing year on year with more companies now having a defined strategy and structured approach towards CSR implementation.
While the Government continues to work towards development of the state, the corporates can supplement the effort. A convergence of the efforts of the Government and the corporates would help bring equitable development as a result of focused approach towards implementing CSR activities with defined priority geographies and interventions.
In order to explore potential collaboration for effective CSR implementation, a roundtable discussion is being organised jointly by India CSR Network and District Administration of Kabirdham and Rajnandgaon, Govt. of Chhattisgarh on:

The objective of the roundtable is to brainstorm on ways to align CSR interventions for human development in 2 districts – Rajnandgaon and Kabirdham in Chhattisgarh state and will involve participation from corporates, district administration, civil society, think tank and professionals working in the CSR space.
Hon’ble Member of Parliament from Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh, Shri Abhishek Singh will be the Keynote speaker at the forum.
