This Independence Day, Run For someone’s Vision!, Sheth Group’s unique initiative ‘EYE RUN’ is scheduled for 15th August in Thane.
MUMBAI: Sheth Group, one of Mumbai’s leading realty players, announces ‘Eye Run,’ a noble cause to help restore vision to the visually impaired. In their quest to give back to the society, Sheth Group has been actively involved in CSR activities over the years and is now organising the Eye Run to help the visually impaired.
This unique initiative will bring together individuals from various age groups and fields onto one platform. It will be an event that invokes the conscience of every citizen, encouraging them to run for this noble cause.
The Eye Run comprises of three categories, 10km, 5km and a special 1 mile run for enthusiastic kids. The Eye Run will kick off from Viviana Mall, Thane, at 6.30 am and end at Sheth Zuri, Thane. Part of the proceeds will go towards eye operations for the visually impaired and participants can go an extra mile by pledging to donate their eyes. The eye run is a timed run and the winners across various race categories stand to win exciting cash prizes worth up to INR 5 lakhs. Moreover, all runners will receive a participation medal on finishing the race.
The registration fees for the 10km, 5km and 1-mile run is INR 1000/-, INR 500/- and INR 300/- respectively.
