NEW DELHI: Drawing inspiration from Honorable Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, Divyang – Ek Ummeed is a mission to work towards inclusiveness of physically challenged persons in the main stream of the society.
This is an initiative by Vikas Gupta who is a 2016 batch IIT Roorkee, BTech alumnus. Vikas himself faced many challenges due to his disability. After his graduation he has fully devoted his time and energy to reach out to all Divyangjans (physically challenged persons).

This mobile application bring physically challenged persons on a common platform and make them aware about the government initiatives, NGOs, acts and policies, etc.
The app was launched by Ms. Ira Singhal (2014 UPSC topper). She appreciated the mission and gave her best wishes. To know more about what Ira had to say please visit her Facebook page by clicking here.
