Intimation about incorporation of Section 8 Company S. L. Kirloskar CSR Foundation’

MUMBAI: Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd has informed BSE that it has has promoted S. L. Kirloskar CSR Foundation under the provisions of Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, jointly with Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, Kirloskar Industries Limited, Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited and Kirloskar Chillers Private Limited.
S. L. Kirloskar CSR Foundation has been incorporated on June 16, 2016.
The Company has agreed to subscribe 10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each (20 percent) amounting to Rs. 1,00,000 in the share capital of S. L. Kirloskar CSR Foundation.
S. L. Kirloskar CSR Foundation has been promoted with the object of carrying out various Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
