The 19th edition of Embassy Engage brought together 18 Organisations to explore how cross sector partnerships can enable more sustained and scalable impact
BENGALURU (India CSR): Embassy Group, in collaboration with Dhwani Foundation, convened the 19th edition of Embassy Engage, bringing together 18 Organisations to examine how organisations can work together more effectively to address shared social priorities. Held under the theme ‘From Interest to Action’, the roundtable focused on moving beyond individual CSR initiatives and exploring how aligned efforts, complementary capabilities and shared knowledge can contribute to more sustained outcomes.
The session featured several case studies on ‘Collaboration in Practice’ and ‘Lived Experience’, followed by an interactive roundtable on ‘What Makes Collaboration Work?’ Participants gained insights into aligning their efforts with the Government’s developmental priorities and explored opportunities for greater alignment and synergy across their respective areas of work.
The breakout sessions provided an opportunity for participants to take these discussions forward. Grouped around Education, Health, Environment and Skilling, participants discussed their current initiatives and identified areas where their expertise and efforts could complement one another. The discussions culminated in an intent to explore and develop a joint project over the next six months.

The roundtable sets the foundation for a broader series of conversations aimed at exploring potential anchor programmes across aligned thematic areas, informed by social needs and the capabilities of participating organisations. Future discussions will examine potential partnership structures, including implementation models, contribution frameworks, governance mechanisms, programme management and impact reporting.
The collaboration with Dhwani Foundation brings together Embassy Group’s Embassy Engage platform and Dhwani Foundation’s work to strengthen grassroots organisations and the wider social sector ecosystem. Dhwani Foundation works with grassroots NGOs, donors, CSR partners, government and sector networks to build organisational capacity and strengthen the social sector.
Through Embassy Engage, Embassy Group continues to bring together stakeholders around social and community priorities, creating opportunities for dialogue, knowledge sharing and the exchange of experiences across the ecosystem.
